At 1510AEDST, radar returned weak to moderate precipitation intensities from a small area just west of Paraparap and southeast of Winchelsea. A line of activity was also occurring south of Werribee. By 1520 a small amount of reflection just south of Moriac became more intense reaching 40 - 100 mm/hr. The small storm complex weakened to 10-20mm/hr at 1530. The video sequence taken between 1541 - 1542 coincided with a brief strengthening of the reflectivity reaching 40-100mm/ht at 1540. The storm then weakened and dissipated after 1600AEDST.

An interesting aspect of this storm was apart from a more organised line of weak to moderate echoes running from southeast of Sunbury to Frankston, this small storm was the only system operating over this region of west Central Victoria.
