Clyve Herbert - ASWA archive

A weak funnel over Reedy Lake, photo taken from just above Lake Connewarre looking west. The Funnel developed as a disorganised lowering showing rotation, before forming a brief organised although weak tube. The funnel dissipated about 30 seconds after this photo. There was a line of congesting cumulus with embedded cumulonimbus and a few showers in the area. A small low had passed over Geelong area during the morning. The showers were moving from the south/southwest, temp was about 12C, the low levels were very moist. (Image: Clyve Herbert (ASWA Archive)
